Siemen’s Steam turbine exhausts system design• Design and development of exhausts system based on customer layout.• Responsible for drawing quality checking and coordinating with Jr. Engineers. Mahindra Reva (Deputation)• Estimating the approximate cost of various items like fabricated, rubber parts preparing RFQ and floating enquiries.• Coordinating with the suppliers and getting the quotation.• Responsible for developing Vendors with alternative materials and spares of lower cost and comparable quality which suits the purpose and are economical for production build.• Accountable for inspection in terms of exact requirement and quantity as per the Purchase Order & BOM.• Handling preparation of Price Comparisons and selection of vendor on the basis of cost, quality & capability of Vendor.• Managing proper dispatch of Invoice to accounts and timely release of payments of vendors.• Continuous follow up with the supplier / routine visits to supplier in order to enhance the quality.MBRDI (Deputation)• Quality Reviewer of migrated parts from Catia to NX as per Daimler Standards & Methodologies, which involves adhering to established QC processes along with providing support and solutions to various migration activities. Quality check performed on Trucks - Powertrain components, Exteriors, BIW, Structural parts (Chassis and Frames).

• Creation of Parametric Models and Assemblies and Drawings for Aircraft components.• Creation of sub-assemblies and top level assemblies from modeled components and hardware.• Creation of bill of material.• To follow QMS process and maintain all documents to meet the requirements of AS9100.• Writing engineering change orders (EO) to control revision through teamcenter engineering.• Standard part creation as per the aerospace specification.

CMI-Heat Recovery and Steam Generation (HRSG) Design and drafting of installation drawings and generating of BOM and modeling it in Autodesk Inventor3. Rolls Royce-PLM Project- Worked on Modeling and Drawing creation of Aero Engine components including casing Using UG NX4. Rolls Royce-Trent 700 Retro Modeling-Modeling of Aero Engine sheet metal Brackets Using UG NX
