Policy Formulations & Implementation : It includes formulation, Implementation & Administration of all the policies of company . A new policies formulated by me are Suggestion Scheme Policy , Leave Policy , Appraisal Policy Dress code policy, Incentive Policy, HR manual, Corporate culture & service Conditions.Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities : Working towards developing a work culture which is conducive to overall employee growth and development and employee satisfaction. Maintaining transparency and faimess in Promotion & Appraisals so as to present an honest clean and unbiased image of the management to the employees. Organizing Reward and Recognition Program every quarter , based on the quarterly performance reviews.Employee Relation & Admin. Management : Handling grievances and ensuring prompt resolution of employees grievances to maintain cordial management – employee relations and achieve commitment by employees. Handling day to day employee queries related to salary , increment PF ESI, BOCW, WC etc. Ensuring that all the employees are to be treated with respect and care by their reporting manager. Encouraging two way communications between employees and feedback for work and work environment improvement. Familiar with Labor Laws like Shop & Establishment Act , Factory Act, Epf Act, Gratuity Act ,Bonus Act, Workmen Compensation Act, BOCW Act etc. Liaison with labor commissioner ‘s office in some cases of labor dispute. Liaison with Police Authorities i.e. Deputy Superintendent ,of police ,SHO, and Inspectors to provide the aid during fetal accident and strike by the labor. Arranging meetings with Contractors, Sub – contractors, Security & safety on requirement basis.
