It is a Human resource planning system, which help the HR Team to plan the workforce strength in different departments and make decisions based on the reports generated by the application. It also summaries the needs and targets (Extra resources) for a specific department or group of departments. Application helps to plan the resources max up to 5 years. It contains no sensitive information regarding users and the employees (VCC Employees/contract Employee). The application is currently used in the Torslanda and Olofström locations. In Ghent location it is still in Pilot (Not commissioned) phase.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Here I have worked as a full stack developer.2. Taking requirements form the BAM(Business)3. Assigning tickets for each requirement by myself in Azure devops.4. Try to complete based on BAM requirement.5. Exposing restful with spring6. Maven using for Build and deployment process in MOPS environment.7. Getting release plans from the Business for each new versions.2.
