I was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA (home of the Bethlehem Steel) and have an ardent passion for promoting the well-being of individuals, families, and organizations. My faith, family, and desire to see others succeed are the driving forces behind all that I do. Being a third generation plumber I was raised immersed in the trade. I have obtained multiple business degrees, Master Plumbing License, and certifications in Management and Marketing which have help prepare me for leadership. Over the course of decades, I have honed my leadership and management skills while serving as the CEO of a thriving, multi-million dollar plumbing service company. This personal growth has enabled me to establish a second business, Plumbing CEO. Were we are focused on training plumbers, coaching company owners, and speaking at various educational plumbing events. I’ve worked through many business hardships which have helped me stay committed to continually learning about the crucial elements of organizational health and running a business with the highest standards of integrity and ethics. When I'm not working, I am a family man, married for 20 years, a father of six, and have navigated the adoption process three times. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like fly fishing and spending quality time with family and friends over a community meal.
