Naghma was the Head of the investment function at EdelGive Foundation. She was responsible for performance analysis, impact analysis, financial evaluation and due diligence of investments. She was also instrumental in introducing reporting systems for EdelGive and has also recommended processes and reporting systems for other partner funding organisations.

Naghma was responsible for managing projects and investments and creating internal and external reporting systems for each project individually and entire investment portfolio as a whole.

Naghma has been a Member of the initial set-up team in accounts at Bajaj Allianz. As the Assistant Manager for accounts, responsible for Account Finalisation, Statutory Payments, Salary Processing, Head Office Accounts and Branch Account Co-ordination.
