• Prepare profit and loss statement, balance sheet, consolidated figures, statement of cash flows and financial ratios on monthly basis.• In charge of preparing NSSF, VAT, Tax on salary and S1 declarations.• Prepare the yearly income tax declaration.• Prepare the annual budget and compare on monthly basis the budget versus real figures.• Prepare the monthly payroll • Prepare daily banks position, banks deposit, reviewing payables accounts and set the weekly payment schedule.• Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.• Review and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, journal vouchers, documents, internal procedures and reports.• Closely maintain and monitor the fixed assets and purchasing orders systems.• Performing hedging operations.

• In charge of preparing NSSF and Tax on salary declarations in accordance with the Lebanese regulations. • In charge of filling V.A.T periodic declaration and applying the audit procedures in our missions. • In charge of evaluating the different business processes of the various activities and suggesting the suitable policies and procedures that should be applied in order to adjust the mistakes and gaps within the current business process.• In charge of preparing the yearly audit report. • In charge of closing accounting year with revision of all accounts, review all balances and applying all steps recommended (provision, depreciation, reconciliations….).

• Preparing the schedule of assets depreciation. • Preparing the cost sheet relating to various Inventory Items.• Invoicing.• Banks reconciliation.• Follow-up receivables in terms of the credit policy set by the company relating to Bills receivables and current accounts based on the Receivables monthly Ageing.• Prepare payments vouchers and follow-up Suppliers' accounts.• Prepare the Monthly payroll and journal vouchers.
