• Assignment of E&P rights for production fields, in compliance with the Manual of Assignment Procedures (MPC), established by the ANP in Resolution 785/2019.• Operational Safety Management System (SGSO), established by the ANP in Resolution 43/2007;• Subsea Systems Management System (SGSS), established by the ANP in resolution 41/2015;• Well Integrity Management System (SGIP), established by the ANP in Resolution 46/2016;• Identification of the Technical Responsibility requirements necessary to guarantee legal and operational compliance for E&P companies, based on the requirements established by regulatory bodies such as CONFEA, the Ministry of Labor, the Navy, ANVISA, CONAMA, IBAMA, CNEN, ANAC, ANATEL, among others. A methodology is used to analyze requirements and assess risks, ensuring that all operations comply with current regulations and mitigating potential operational risks.

• HSE management of the GSA contract with Petrobras classified as "Gold Medal" (score between 91 and 100) obtaining an average score of 95 in the period from January 2021 until September 2022 - items assessed: TAR, TOR, Behavioral Audit, Safe Acknowledgement, Non-Conformities in audits of the HSE contractual annex, quality of the environmental programs;• Compliance with legal requirements and other requirements of licenses from environmental agencies - INEA, Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente, CBMERJ, Polícia Federal;• Audit of the HSE contractual annex with no impacting non-conformities in the progress of the GSA contract;• No accidents with lost time in the GSA contract (contract in effect for 20 years).

• Implementation of protocols for the prevention and combat of COVID-19;• Compliance with legal requirements and other licensing requirements with environmental agencies - INEA, Municipal Environment Secretary, CBMERJ, Federal Police;• Maintenance of the ISO 9001 and 14001 management system certification;• Audit of the HSE contractual attachment with no impacting non-conformities in the progress of the GSA contract;• Performance of SIPAT and awareness activities (lectures, campaigns) for more than 2,000 employees;• Online instruments Management improving control of deadlines, certificates, access to information.

• Participation in the development of online tools to improve the management process: non-compliance analysis, instrument control, document management, purchasing process, supplier evaluation, training, among others;• Unification of the existing management systems optimizing the management processes, bringing the benefits of optimization of time, money and control in management;• Certification of the management system in ISO 9001 and 14001;• Participation in QHSE workshops in the Netherlands and Germany for global alignment of strategies.

• Controlling of the history of THM turbine components, such as part number, serial number, equivalent hours of operation, among others, providing reliable information for decision making;• Monitoring of operational alerts of Turbochargers and Turbogenerators with updates of the actions required or carried out;• Preparation and submission of the Commissioning Report and the Acceptance Certificate for the Client's approval;• Monitoring of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance and updating in SAP/R3;• Weekly meeting with headquarters for monitoring and decision making.

• Negotiation of maintenance and shutdowns of equipment (MAN gas turbines models THM 1203, 1304-08 and 1304-10; SIEMENS generators; and low and high pressure DEMAG centrifugal compressors) of the platform of Pampo (PPM-1).• Negotiation of contractual points, monitoring of the measurement spreadsheet for invoicing;• Elaboration of schedules, procurement of external services, maintenance follow-up, update of SAP/R3 maintenance orders, follow-up of expenses and treatment of non-conformities;• Contractual indicators of flow, failure factor, and demand above the contractual value;• No lost time accident since 2004.

• Participation in the preparation of the proposal for the renewal of the contract with Petrobras (GSA - Global Service Agreement) for the operation and maintenance of the turbo-compression and turbo-generation system on the platforms Cherne 1, Cherne 2, Garoupa and Pampo, in the Campos Basin Operational Unit (UO-BC) in the total amount of R$ 425 million;• Providing the forecast for billing, salaries, labor, tools, investment assets, external services acquisition, training, maintenance for the contract renewal proposal;• Development of a database of machine events to provide failure statistics and support the decision of improvement projects to reduce machine failures. These were developed in the Lean Six Sigma methodology;• Follow-up of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance and update in SAP/R3.

• Administrative support of the contract with Petrobras (GSA - Global Service Agreement);• Control of operational performance parameters, machine event and non-conformities.
