• Coordinated various inspection activities of In-service project for Petroleum Development of Oman. • Conduct internal audit of procedures, equipment calibration, and NDT reports. • Internal assessments of Level II technicians and giving training as required.• Conduct review meetings for the improvement of technical quality. • Effective team management, planning & coordination of NDT activities.

Responsibilities• Inspecting On-stream pipelines, Static Equipment’s Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, and Launchers, providing the reports for the Maintenance Integrity Team.• Coordination with Plant Inspectors to carry out NDT Inspection and reporting. • UT Flaw Detection check on raw materials of pressure vessel process piping and Weld Joints.• Corrosion monitoring of Main Oil lines, South Oman gas Lines and Launchers.• Carried out MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) in the Bottom plates of Storage tank.• Carried out Liquid penetrant testing & Magnetic Particle Inspections on piping and plate welds.• Interpretation of the Radiographic Films.• Handling Permit to Work System and safety as per client’s standard. • Supervision and Team Coordination in site.

SHUTDOWN JOBS:• UT flaw detection check on buried Auto LPG vessels.• UT Lamination, check on raw materials of pressure vessels.• UT machine used is DIGI-SCAN digital machine.• NDT Inspection (MT, PT & UT) methods on welded parts of pressure vessels.• Thickness of Vessels is taken in Dish area and Shell Parts.• Interpretation of Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing.• Prepared reports like UT, MPI, PT.

SHUTDOWN JOB:• • NDT UT, PT jobs has been carried out.• Carried out Thickness Gauge of Vessels, Filters, and Heat Exchangers.• Carried out Dye penetrant inspection in welds of reactors.• Responsible for repairing the defects and Inspection clearance to be given.• Reporting to the plant inspector after the completion of repairs.
