• Leading the development and implementation and support of projects on Motech platform (middleware developed by Grameen Foundation) for the Ministry of Health along with BBC Media Action under the grant from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to provide Kilkari, Mobile Academy and Mobile Kunji services in 16 states.• Collaborating along with the Institutional relations team and creating new opportunities by working on the new bids, proposals and requirement analysis related to the projects in the health domain and usage of MOTECH in other domains like delivery of information related to Financial Services.

Program Management• Led the team for implementing the BI/DW tool in UIDAI.• Managing the team of around 20 people for end to end delivery and maintenance of portfolio of applications, websites, portals and tools in Java, Liferay for providing the information to the residents of India related to Aadhaar and other information provided by UIDAI.• Accountable for Budgeting and Effort estimation for the projects using the Function point Estimation Technique.• Maintain adherence to various SLAs that were associated to the RFP for the overall program.• Successfully delivered Financial Inclusion projects for various public sector banks with a business to the tune of Rs. 100 Crores for a period of 5 years.• Increasing business by working closely with Client and getting Change requests by managing the scope. • Managing the vendors for the completion of development and implementation of BI tool, CRM and IVRS.• Instrumental in implementing the CMMI level 5 process in the organization.• Resource / People Management which includes handling a team, preparing and review career plan, coaching, training, managing the performance. Account Management• Responsible for Technology Delivery, Planning and Strategy. • Responsible for engagement and end to end delivery in 6 Accounts for HCLI, including FI Projects Delivery, Custom Application development, FM Services, DC/DR operations and P&L ownership of these Accounts.

Program Management• Led a 15 Member team for project worth INR 30 Crores for BSNL. The team was responsible for development, integration and implementation of the IVR solution and integration with CRM (Siebel and SAP), Billing solution and Directory Enquiry.• Developed the middleware to integrate IVR solution with SAP & Siebel CRM and was instrumental in saving Rs 20 Million by developing it in-house.• Spearheaded the implementation project for the Indian Railways to optimize and provide the single interface to residents of India for providing the train related information from the single source. The responsibility included the development of CRM, IVR and SMS application. Development of Middleware for CRM and SMS Server and middleware integration of Web Services with IBM WebSphere.• Successfully led the team to deliver projects for various government departments like Commonwealth Games and Defense (Indian Army). Client ManagementPerformed role of account management for designated clients. Cementing relationships at Technology head level to drive cost efficient operations and increased customer satisfaction scores from an average of 6 to 8.5 on a scale of 10.Leadership• Assisted sales and pre sales team by delivering on presales activities for many projects including the RAPDRP projects, DCN, Various State Data Center Projects, NIFT, e Migrate etc. and winning orders worth INR 200 Crores.• Drove Unit and Organization level initiatives for operations, knowledge management, productivity improvement and software quality management.• Led the PMO team to track and supported the management in monitoring and improving health of the running projects in the organization.• Initiated the Software Development Life Cycle for the development projects in the Organization. • Hired and mentored fresh recruits for Telecom practice.

• Developing the Embedded software solutions for various segments like Indian Defence Forces, Indian Meteorological Department, and Enterprise Sector.• Some of the projects where I was involved for the complete product / project lifecycle are Network management System for handling the network using the DAMA / TDMA based VSAT Network, GPS Vehicle Tracking System, Real time Voice and Data Recorder using h.323 and h.248 voice protocols and was involved in other defense projects like Flight Data Acquisition System (FDAS).
