- I am in charge of managing the New Store Oppenings from start to open- Allocating resources and delegating tasks- Getting updates from affected parties and directing them- Opened new stores: 6 on time & in budget- Prepared new stores: 17

- Establishment of the Korean technical engineering team (5 person)- Managing the new extension of the factory from preparation to execute

I was responsible for running the crisis department and dealing with technical crisis situations at Budapest Waterworks. It has involved managing building damage issues caused by water pipe break.- Liaising with the authorities and the mayors- I was the technical support member of several foreign construction projects such as: Sri Lanka water treatment plant, Indonesia water treatment plant

I was in charge of getting the residential & commercial construction work done from start to finish at a general contractor.- Running the project team (there were 4 of us)- Managing many large scale construction projects from tender to execution such as: shopping centres, stores, factories (like: TESCO, TONDACH)

As a High Building Technician I have dealt to manage on-site building construction at a small company.
