I have been working with the drivers of human behaviour for 10+ years. To see how simple principles can change one’s automatic reactions into well considered responses regardless of one’s hierarchical position in any organisation(!) is the most important evidence of the efficacy of Dale Carnegie’s system for me. My training experience has taught me that selflessness, genuine interest in other people and the intention to honestly understand and cooperate with others are the key drivers behind creating better businesses (and more fulfilling lives). Change always starts from the inside out and I love helping business professionals make this leap.WHY I DO IT: Doing this work -- “installing human operating systems” as we call it -- is not only a passion but a mission for me. I have seen time and time again that those who really want to change for the better can do that even in 2-3 weeks.
