Oops!I am driving the Infrastructure as Code integrations of GitLab, focusing primarily on Terraform.I took the lead on redesigning the GitLab - Kubernetes integrations and launched the GitLab agent for Kubernetes. I direction I own continuously.I am managing the Deployment Management direction for GitLab too.As part of the above work, I regularly write articles, participate in roundtable discussions and discuss opportunities with customers and users.Together with my manager, we drive the strategy alignment initiative between sibling product stages (Monitor and Release) within Gitlab.As an all-remote product manager, my core job is to understand user problems and make sure that the engineering team I work with understands the problems too. Team CaptainToreadors Mar 2016 - Sep 2017As part of my extracurricular activities at the Fontanus Academy we are organising the Skyball World Cup. Skyball is much more to a ball-game. Given it's rules I think of it as the basis for a new way of sports, where knowing our own body, where it begins and ends is crucial. However it's a physical sport, it's equally demanding mentally too as there is teamplay, tactics, strategies involved. Moreover, given the outstanding preparations we made during the past year, focus and consciousness are crucial to achieve good results. The championship consists of 10 rounds and a 3 weekends long play-off.I opted in to form a team as the 9th captain in the 10-team championship. I thought at this point that it will be hard to form a good team, as the best players were already committed to other teams, but I was determined to do my best as a team captain. With the Toreadors I've managed to build a team in a few months that delivered above all the expectations. Once all the teams have formed, an initial evaluation expected us to be among the last 2 teams, nevertheless the team improved continuously, and we managed to achieve better results from one round to another, and our best result was a 2nd place in the 9th round. Currently we are working to become at least the 6th team in the overall ranking in order to move on to the play-off.

After a few months, I've managed to find the right candidate from within the organization.Beside the above, from the very beginning I was trying to focus on understanding our users, and how they use our products. As a result, I've started to build some analytical tools on top of available usage data, created with my teams the SCB user roles, and in general try to put our development into a well thought-trough workflow. -
