✔ Monthly MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING as per Projected Production Plan in Excel. ✔ Vendor Management – Vendor Performance Analysis (ABC). ✔ Inventory control & management – monitoring Store stock, ABC analysis of inventory, minimizing excess stock. ✔ Arranging Material Loan for Machining/Painting purpose from store stock and RM Supplier to the machining Party. ✔ Annual stock reconciliation at main store as well as vendor stock. ✔ Creation of enquiries for purchase of general items, collecting quotations and generate P.O. ✔ Supply chain Management - Tracking and follow up of consignments with suppliers as well as with the freight carriers and ensure timely delivery of the same. ✔ Purchase order reviews and coordinating (mail & phone) with vendors demanding the items in need and also blocking the items that are not necessary - preventing excess inventory. ✔ Checking of excess supply and do necessary supply schedule amendments in PO. ✔ Do necessary Inter Unit Stock Transfers, so as to avoid production hold-up. ✔ Plan requirement of accessories needed for the despatch of tillers as per the forecast of marketing Department. ✔ Preparation and Maintaining quality documents according to departmental quality manual (DQM) of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. ✔ Conducting internal audits in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality manual. ✔ Preparing replies to the audit observations made on the department by the auditors. ✔ Preparation of Monthly Performance Reports, making other correspondences with different departments and with head office and other units also. ✔ Inventory software - preparation of RCV, various requests and notes, Purchase order maintenance.

✔ Incoming MATERIAL INSPECTION report of materials and its consumables. ✔ Preparing quality documents and reports.✔ Maintain all documentation to execute the work such as Approved WELDING PROCEDURES, QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES, NDT PROCEDURES; INTERNATIONAL CODES & STANDARDS. ✔ Generate client REQUESTS FOR INSPECTION (RFI) & conduct Stage wise inspection activities as per approved QAP/ITP. ✔ Inspection of fabricated items, Pipes, Flanges, Bends, Supports. ✔ Coordinate with the client’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of NON-COMPLIANCE REPORT (NCR). ✔ Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM implementation procedures and continual improvement. ✔ Familiar with Construction Standards like ASME SEC II, SEC V, SEC VIII, SEC IX, ASME/ANSI B 31.1, B31.3, B 31.4, B 31.8, API 650 & API 1104.  Witnessing of Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing (UT, PT, MPT & RT). ✔ Fit-up & Weld Visual inspection of Structure, Piping spools, etc. ✔ Familiar with Drawings like GAD, P&ID, ISOMETRIC, EQUIPMENT DRAWINGS.  Clearance of LINE HISTORY SHEET, PUNCH LIST , conducting Pressure Testing ( HYDRO and Pneumatic ) ✔ Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized prior to use. ✔ Interpretation of RADIOGRAPHIC FILMS, Make Tracing & Attend Repair Works, clearance of RT problems. ✔ Monitor WELDER’S PERFORMANCE and WELDING PROCEDURES QUALIFICATION as per material and techniques applicable according to ASME SEC IX. ✔ Follow SAFETY RULES (PPE) regulations at work place.
