- Led the research and curatorial vision of year-long program, Art in Use on MOCA’s Floor 4 – centering socially engaged art practices. -Managed four rotating projects on MOCA’s Floor 4, including: 1) Hiba Abdallah and Justin Langlois’ Rehearsing Disagreement, using play to explore conflict within the structure of a museum, 2) Apolonija Šušteršič’s Light Therapy Room, an installation that provides viewers with light therapy alongside readings about its links to public space and happiness… Show more - Led the research and curatorial vision of year-long program, Art in Use on MOCA’s Floor 4 – centering socially engaged art practices. -Managed four rotating projects on MOCA’s Floor 4, including: 1) Hiba Abdallah and Justin Langlois’ Rehearsing Disagreement, using play to explore conflict within the structure of a museum, 2) Apolonija Šušteršič’s Light Therapy Room, an installation that provides viewers with light therapy alongside readings about its links to public space and happiness, 3) Ange Loft’s A foreign source of extraordinary power, a collection of wearable sculptures and soundscapes inspired by an Algonquin–Mohawk Saint who practiced forms of self-discipline, and 4) Honest Shop, conceived in 2012 by Grizedale Arts, is a self-service store that showcases and sells products handmade by people in the Junction area. - Proposed and managed Adrian Blackwell’s modular installation Scaffold and Horizons (Earth and Sky) which through its reconfiguration dually functioning to accommodate studying, resting, playing, and meetings for museum visitors. - Researched and contributed local projects to the online platform of socially engaged forms of artistic practice collated by the Association of Arte Util - initiated by the artist Tania Bruguera.- Led the curatorial direction of Basma Al Sharif’s solo-exhibition, A Philistine, 2018- Managed On Sterling community, connecting the museum to artists, businesses, and residents of the Junction neighbourhood. - Juried artists for Akin Studio program at MOCA Toronto. - Activated relationships with the museum’s broad constituencies.- Worked closely with the museum’s Visitor Experience Manager to develop exhibition tours, train docents and volunteers, assist in the editing and placement of exhibition didactics, and coordinate the promotion and ticketing of events.
