As a Stakeholder Interface Advisor at Balfour Beatty VINCI, I work with the project delivery team to ensure effective communication and collaboration with various external and internal stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, suppliers, regulators, and communities. I also support the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, as well as the monitoring and reporting of stakeholder feedback and issues.Before joining Balfour Beatty VINCI, I gained valuable experience in document control and business process management at Fusion JV, where I was responsible for maintaining and updating the project documentation system and ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices. I am currently studying for PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile and Practitioner and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications, as I am passionate about enhancing my skills and knowledge in project management and delivering successful outcomes for complex and large-scale projects. I have strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments.
