As a part of a team , I worked as head of Mobile Service unit, also called MSU for family planning department of khyber PukhtoonkwaProvince of pakistan.I worked succesfully under pressurised situation in khyber Agency for Reproductive Health of this remote area.Our team comprising me as medical in charge,a midwife also known as a midwife,a female worker and a male medical assisstant,provided door to door services of latest contraceptive techniques including tubal ligation,Intra Uterine Contracepive devices insertion,Gedal insertion and removal,oral Cntraceptive pills,and injectable contraceptive methodswe were also conducting free medical camps in the allocated area and outreach to treat women for diseases assosciated with repriductive healt/there were also camps in different areas for public awareness of reproductive health and contraceptive methods education I

Served the remote population of 2008 earthquake disaster that destroyed l northern areas of pakistan.as a member of an enthesuastic medical team,i was responsible to carry out antenata,natal and postnatal care of prgnant womenIalso assissted emergency and elective cessarian surgeries with our Head of gynaecology and obstetrics departmentI was also assigned the duty of educating the midwives to conitue heaith education of women.i was responsible to crry out refferals of high risks patients to the respective tertiary care hospitals.in addition i was assigned the duty of outreach patient with my team to evaluate the status of health in the residing population.

i was responsible to carry out routine medical examinations including physical assessments,hypertension contro,diabetes screening ,of the employes.i have to diagnose and treat common ailments like respiratory diseases,different types of allergies related to the profesional environment and work place injuriesI i was responsible to coolaborate occupational health teams to assass workplace hazards and develop strategies for employe safety.In my duties i was responsible to respond to medical emergencies at workplace,provide immediate medical care and cordinate with emergency medical services ,if required.Also to administer vaccinations and ensure compliance with immunization schedules.Guide on lifestyle modifications,preventive care and health promotion initiativesParticipate in health related committies and meetings to contribute to policy development and implementation.
