  • Ensure the Electronic receiving of all the items received in the store is always applied.• Ensure the everyday sales movement is transmitted to regional office.• Provide and generate local barcodes for the products with no international barcode on them.• Conduct aisle by aisle barcode and price checking to ensure that all barcodes are scanning and to check any price discrepancy.• Report and use proper form for all products captured with discrepancy to regional office for immediate action.• Ensure the downloaded file of price changes must be done on the effective date.• Provide everyday stock movement documents and submit quarterly documents to store manager for double check and signature.• Provide information to store manager for any discrepancy found by scanning department for immediate action and advice.• Provide scanning percentage on each department on weekly basis signed by manager and submit to regional office.• Provide everyday sales report on each department and submit to regional office.• Provide staff time sheet and other transaction needed for regional office.
