• Managing Government tenders and tender documentations on GeM portal and CPP portalsand submitting the same along with all the technical compliances prior to deadline.• Searching for GeM and CPP tenders and preparing sheets with details of the tender (Due date,EMD to be paid, Eligibility criteria, technical compliance, Annexures and documents to bedrafted, etc.) and reviewing the same with the GM in meetings to shortlist the tenders to beparticipated and focused on.• Preparing proper documentation of technical bid with respect to the Annexures and Technicalcompliance.• Publishing products catalogues on GeM and management of published catalogues on GeM.• Processing EMD / Tender fees and maintaining its records.• Coordination with technical teams and finance departments for specifications and quotingprices of devices.• Maintaining Regulatory data and coordination with RA Team for the requirements of variousdocuments i.e., CDSCO License, Approvals, COA, CE certificate, BIS license, NABL reports, etc.• Coordinating with various Stakeholders and Liasing agents for proper insights and informationof the tenders.• Preparing strong Representation letters for Amendments and changes in technicalspecifications.• Providing Authorization Letters and GeM authorization code to distributors for participating intenders wherever applicable.• Coordination with sales team on current tender status of specific region.• Order processing on GeM and CPP, coordinating with the Logistics and Productions team for theproper timely supply of the quoted products and uploading the Invoices and E-way bills in the GeMportal for generating CRAC to initiate payment process from the client-end.
