1. Leads & supervises implementation & utilization of Electronic Content Management (ECM) for about 550-600 users. Establishing and promulgate procedures and guidelines.2. Assist in development of Correspondence Management system with business process analysis and designing process flow.3. Assist in implementation of project document management system ASSAI in line with business process analysis.4. Determine and optimize business process flow for technical project related correspondences for the implementation of QP-Project document Management system in DC directorate.5. Providing a range of services relating to the management and use of records7. Designing, implementing and administering specialized systems for managing records. Create In-House databases to facilitate generation of reports to monitor activities on correspondences, status of agreements etc. 8.Generate, maintain and update project and document index record registers and files. 9. Contribute to ISO 9001 implementation in DC directorate by participating in preparation and implementing quality related procedures and other documentation for Document Control. Control transmittal of technical documents (e.g., CAD files, planning documents etc.) to external parties.10.Organize reprography and electronic document imaging services and provide supervision. Control of QP-Industrial Cities directorate’s technical standards, regulations on web sites by ensuring approved and latest revision of the content. 11. Lead and supervise the scanning /admin team in the execution of technical documentation control activities. Clearly defines job responsibilities, training requirements, performance goals and quality management concept to team members.
