Nancy has been in the tech world since 1982, presently working as an engineering project manager with over 2 decades of experience in a variety of communication industries. She has most recently worked on programs within DoD and Federal/Civil systems, as well as the commercial wireless network industry, all with multi-million dollar impact. In this role, Nancy leads and manages projects and development teams across global locations through all phases of project life cycle. Nancy has always been a self-starter who optimizes team performance by maximizing value-added activities while minimizing tasks with limited functional value. Nancy began her career with Motorola where she had spent more than 20 years in the software/system engineering and project management arena.
