• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for Field Force and HQ roles including the placement of online advertisements, screening applications, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, reference checking, job offers and candidate feedback.• Partnering with hiring managers to ensure that all staffing requirements are addressed and managed by providing regular updates to internal teams, client teams and retail operations team • Producing letter of offer and associated employment onboarding paperwork and ensure records are accurate at all times• Assisting with onboarding program, including induction emails, internal communication to the wider business about the new starters• Acting as the main point of contact for enquiries from the general public regarding Field Force and HQ expat employment opportunities• Providing other people and culture support, including social initiatives and general administration

• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for Allianz Australia• Responsible for delivering an exceptional talent acquisition service (RPO) which covers permanent and contract hiring across different business areas nationally, including workers compensation, consumer, club marine, IT and administration.• Provide a full life-cycle talent acquisition to hiring managers liaising with recruiters and the ISC (NZ) team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Responsible for managing reference checks using Xref, visa (VEVO) checks, appoint to approval (ATA), on-boarding of candidates, provide support after on-boarding and ensure compliance standards are met.• Responsible for weekly recruitment forecasting & monthly invoicing to the client.

Utilize Jira, Goodtime ATS, Workday and Slack to collaborate with recruiting partners to facilitate our global interview processes, while acting as liaison between recruiting partners and candidates. Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews. Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process. Host candidates while onsite and ensure a world class candidate experience. Maintain personal and team metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports.
