• Drive factory compliance improvements by following Legal obligations, Li & Fung’s policies and requirements in terms of Labor Rights, Labor Protections, Social Compliance, OHS and Environmental Sustainability requirements through auditing, training and reporting• Communicate and work closely with headquarters in Hong Kong and relevant colleagues in assigned countries.• Liaise with Sourcing and Merchandising teams, keep them up to date with Supply chain compliance status, flag critical issues immediately, and contribute to the Monthly Report• Schedule the factory visits and workshops for any assigned teammates and agents.• Work with Corporate Responsibility teams/internal stakeholders based in Europe• Keep abreast of new laws and regulations and relevant initiatives and communicate these to the Compliance Manager / Director of the suppliers• Build relationships and actively engage with Better Work / ILO, consultants and brand collaboration initiatives and similar• Develop and monitor internal supplier capacity building/training programs, in collaboration external/internal partners/service providers• Ensure communication are timely accurate and comprehensive.• Identify training needs for self-development and for building capacity with compliance agents and supply chain factories• Train newly employed compliance staff on day to day job requirements, procedures and compliance and sustainability requirements

• Conduct social & technical compliance audits according to the company’s specific codes of conduct or against standards set forth by industry specific initiatives.• My service offer companies the ability to assure the rights of workers are respected and that their brand name is not associated with below standard working environment.• Evaluate different areas of workers rights while taking into consideration the different cultural and legal environment.• Complete, timely, concise and accurate reporting according to schedule.• To answer the questions and co-coordinated activities.• Provide service for impartial monitoring of standards and legal codes in the areas of workers right.• Prompt response to the clients/ vendors for query or complaints and taking action by discussion with respective personnel.• Assist and participate seminar & training.• A thorough understanding of and working experience in several of the fields of :Child Labour, forced labor, non-discrimination, sexual and verbal abusement, safe working environment, freedom of association and collective bargaining, wages and benefits etc.
