Member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of Information Technologies and Payment Systems,IT innovations and Development

• Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department • Work with staff to assess and respond to IT needs • Hold departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives, promote team building and work to provide growth paths for staff • Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and providing appropriate training for IT support staff • Serve on planning and IT committees. • Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. • Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software • Serve as primary contact with outside vendors in the generation of RFPs, bids, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions, Systems Operations and Maintenance • Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks • Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations • Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment. • Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans

- Monitor preparation and conduction of department’s documentation; - Collect and analyse information on current situation in and perspectives for plastic cards market in the country and throughout the world; - Prepare recommendations on optimizing the work of department and increasing customer base, as well as application of new and modification of existing bank technologies; - Plan activities of the department; - Responsible for a team of plastic cards specialists tasked with maintaining plastic cards technical infrastructure and associated systems on a 24*7 basis; - Establish and ensure adherence to relevant Quality procedures and Management/Work Instructions necessary to ensure appropriate availability, performance and security of plastic card products; - Line management functions including recruitment, development, training, appraisals and day to day technical and organizational guidance to the team; - Establish technical environment and associated processes for the appropriate monitoring of the department status; - Establish and maintain necessary skills, tools, procedures and spares provision to ensure timely remedial or pre-emptive actions to minimize department/sub-system downtime, including liaison with all relevant third-party maintenance organizations; - Monitor payments and translations on plastic cards; - Daily inflow/outflow of data from and to settlement bank and processing center in relation with transactions on cards; - Reconciliation of results from the accounts in the banks database with those of the processing center; - Ensure installation and control functioning of ATMs and POS terminals of the bank; - Develop and implement tariff policy; - Ensure non-stop sale of banking products (plastic cards) to individuals and entities;

- Build up IT infrastructure;- Monitor preparation of documentation;- Organize project related work;- Liaise with clients and contractors as necessary;- Perform planning, budgeting and project reporting duties;- Install and manage antivirus and firewalls and deal with other IT security related issues;- Collect information on current status and operation of hyber terminals;- Prepare recommendations on optimizing IT infrastructure and increasing efficiency of information systems;- Prepare recommendations regarding application of new and modification of existing bank technologies;- Plan activities of the center;- Set up and manage LAN/WANs (e.g. administration of switch router,primary and back-up domain controllers etc.;- Perform on-site and off-site inspections and trainings in commercial banks;- Administer trans-master and back office programs;- Set up and support of ATMs and POS terminals in commercial banks and other entities as necessary;- Ensure compliance with IT and information security standards.

- Set up and manage LAN/WAN PDC & BDC (NT Server 4.0,Windows 2000/2003 server), Exchange Server, Intranet server (Interbase, Windows 2000 server), Web server (Windows 2000 server), Lotus server, SQL server- Configure switch (HP, Cisco, Dell);- Monitoring of IT departments at commercial banks (audit of IT systems, information security and compliance with IT related requirements)- Prepare strategic development plans for IT and Payment Systems;- Ensure compliance with IT and information security standards;- Liaise with clients and contractor organizations.
