Current•Install HIS (Hospital Information System) software on hospital computers and connect all computers to the cloud;• Perform diagnostic procedures on the installed software to resolve possible issues;• Deliver remote technical support by taking control of user’s computer to investigate possible causes of problem;• Troubleshoot problems and repair computers across all hospital departments;• Provide employees with assistance in solving hardware and software issues;• Respond to requests for technical assistance in-person, on-call or electronically;• Prioritize incoming requests, track problems, follow up with users;• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent situations;• Write daily reports, maintain documentation on each issue, course of action and log all help desk interactions in tracking system (ASANA);
