Nahila Campos is a business-minded executive with a strong background in creating and executing strategies within the social landscape faced by clients in Latin America, U.S. and U.S. Hispanic market. In her current role as a Senior Account Executive for Newlink Group’s business unit focused on the social web, Nahila plays a key role in helping lead the development and execution of programs catering specifically to the challenges in the categories of social business, social marketing and social research for clients across a range of industries— from tourism, to luxury, alcoholic beverages, fashion, media and entertainment.Key to Nahila’s success has been her skills in developing scalable business models that address clients’ specific needs such as quantifying the impact of social efforts to developing new revenue streams. Aside from helping clients connect the dots through the creation and ongoing optimization of NL Social’s custom solutions, Nahila also plays a consulting role for companies looking to optimize their existing social presence as well as those looking to structure internally to address their needs.During her time at Newlink, Nahila has been involved in the development of key projects that have pushed the envelope within the industry and become agency case studies for clients such as Sony Pictures, Novartis, and the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic. A fitness enthusiast who loves to bake, Nahila has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in French language from Boston University.

Nahila currently serves as Social Business Account Executive and has a key role in helping lead the development of social business strategies for clients across a range of industries – from tourism and hospitality, to luxury, to public affairs. With a bachelor of science in Communications and a minor in French language from Boston University, Nahila began her career in the communications consulting industry in HAVAS’ Arnold Worldwide and IPG’s Mullen for clients such as Panasonic and Jet Blue. Prior to joining Newlink Factory, Nahila spent a year as Public Relations consultant within Newlink Communications, specializing in crisis management for clients in the public affairs and technology industries. Her experience and professional development within the consultancy has driven the evolution of her role to encompass being the go-to person within Newlink’s Social Business center of excellence (a.k.a. Social Business ‘Hub’) for the Public Affairs and Tourism practices
