- Responsible for procurement of goods or services based on the daily operational requirements.- Prepare and assist with project-related contracts ensuring alignment with respective project's needs.- Participate in technical and financial evaluations of items required, vendor correspondence and contract preparation.- Review the Draft Contracts carefully for the technical and other compliance before submitting for the Authorized Signatory.- Maintain a preferred vendor list to ensure that the goods are procured at the most compete pricing.- Award Annual Maintenance Contracts for the subcontractors after verification of the technical compliance with Facility Management Team specification requirement.- Prepare Material/ Service costing sheets for the Management approval based on the Condition report from the FM Dept. and the Reports from PM Dept.- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.- Issue the LPO up to the threshold amount allowed for the procurement.- Review the Pre-Qualification Journal submitted by the suppliers carefully for their experience verification and to understand the standard they provides comparing with the clients they provide service with.

- Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the assigned projects. Responsibilities includesplanning, scheduling, predicting the failures and being ready with the contingencies in cases, and managing all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.- Calculate the quantities of materials and labour, and preparation of BOQ schedules reviewing the CAD files.- Submit the required documents to the Manager for the approval at necessary situations.- Supervise the sites and coordinate with contractors for smooth flow of work and all site related issues.- Represent the Firm in its dealings with relevant parties, managing pre-contract measurement and costplanning.- Respond quickly and efficiently to all clients to maintain the best customer relationship.- Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.- Prepare Invoices & Proforma Invoice as per the T&C agreed.- Ensure appropriate measurements of site and assessments of site and assessment of materials as per the bills of quantities.Some of the Projects Handled :1.
