 To coordinate in the implementation of the training and human resource development plan developed and approved by RITI. To support in the planning and follow-up of programs developed and implemented by RITI. To support in the design and preparation of project proposals and documents presented to other institutions and organizations for tailor-made executive programs and courses. To develop monthly action plans and activities to fulfill the targeted objectives included in the annual business plan. To follow-up on the potential areas of cooperation developed by RITI with other public/private organizations, government institutions, research centers, educational institutions, and universities. To provide administrative and technical support needed for various programs. To support in the development and preparation of the courseware needed for the programs. To follow-up on the compliance with the quality standards and the set of steps and procedures developed and implemented in the delivery of the various programs and courses. To coordinate in the preparation and implementation of RITI’s marketing and promotional campaign.
