* Customer service and problem solving.* Coordinating trucking and clearance services.* Following up on clients bookings.* Processing all shipments docs and steps.* Revising and finalizing B/L and all relevant documents* Follow up on loading/unloading with shipping agencies representatives* On time feedback and reaction to client’s requests, problems, and needs* Client service and assistance* Creating strong network and relations with colleagues* Sending emails or faxes every step of each operations* Updating, and sending the daily report table for each client during operations* Contacting outside agents in order to solve any problems facing client. * Also responsible for any other requests the customer may have with regards to, rates, customer service and client visits & Handling full export operations from taking the booking to arranging transport, subcontracting , cutting billings, invoicing, costing and creation of commercial paperwork for the customer
