As a multifaceted, results-driven environmental engineer with keen interest in the oil and gas industry, I demonstrate cross-disciplinary expertise in environmental and civil engineering. I oversaw the efficient implementation of various reconstruction and engineering projects in the city of Erbil as a Supervisor Engineer. Whether securing approval to build a critically needed sewer line for rural families; developing neighborhood infrastructure/facilities; or steering teams to drive high-quality completions of construction, rehabilitation, and engineering projects, I consistently surpassed expectations. My background includes recent environmental research at the University of Utah, assisting with the management and analysis. As well as oversight of school, hospital, and road construction projects for the Kurdistan Regional Government. By leveraging my resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and skills in monitoring budgets and controlling expenditures, I am able to overcome complex obstacles and challenges to ensure accurate, on-time project deliverable. Along with my deep knowledge of construction methods and sequences in civil structural engineering, I am well-versed in all phases of the project management life cycle, from scheduling, policy development, and negotiations to site supervision, vendor management, and community relations. I rely on my interpersonal and communication capabilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels across diverse work settings.I earned my MS in Environmental Engineering at the University of Utah in May 2016 and completed project management training through both the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). I am proficient leader and multilingual in English, Kurdish, and Arabic.
