With over 10 years of HR experience in various industries, I am currently the HR Manager at Anjam Al Reyadah Company, where I establish, and design the HR Department from scratch. I hold a diploma in Human Resources Management from Brilliance Business School and multiple certifications in Human Resources fileds and topics, such as succession planning, strategic agility, and finding and retaining high potentials.My core competencies include organization development, HR policies and procedures, succession planning, performance management, job analysis and descriptions, and HR business partnering. I also work on creating and updating the organization structure, setting career paths and promotion criteria, and coordinating with the line managers to ensure OD programs align with the company's vision, strategies, and expansion.
