As a Project Manger I'm taking part in the project management team of a CRM project. My role is to coordinate the deployment of the new platform with the global teams, taking care for the migration of the data from the old platform and establishing a service protocol with a 3rd party service data provider.As a business analyst I'm supporting and escorting the initiatives of the Digital Marketing, Operation and Finance departments. I have been involved in developing the implementation methodology, and training of managers from all the levels. I was responsible for the roadmap of the company products, and lead a team of approximately 30 employees in developing & maintaining those products. Additionally I have lead an internal Start-Up initiative - building a team, business plan and negotiating with partner at the UK market to serve as a distributer, and succeeded to complete the beta in less than 8 months! with the approval of the UK partner.

As a senior projects manager, I was responsible for and managed all the complicated projects of the strategic clients. I was involved in a lot of migration projects, particularly of financial software's. Additionally I had consulted to a wide variety of business in different IT/IS subjects.
