 Analyze sales forecast and prepare purchase plan, GAP analysis , procurement and delivery dates , so as to ensure smooth operations and safety stock at all times. Consider Airway and seaway purchase based on urgency of materials and GAP analysis. Assist with setting up of ERP system in factory by providing recommendations for forms, workflow, criteria’s and time frame.  The ability to do tasks under changing working environment conditions Ensure systems and purchases are done based on BRC and ISO22000 Standards. Set priorities and duties and implement them on time to increase productivity at work. Teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and share ideas and suggestions in a smooth and clear way. Withstand the pressure of work and commitment to accomplish the tasks assigned. Contacting and Managing relations with various suppliers.  Researching and keeping up to date with latest market trends to find pattern of low movement and high movement, and to amend purchase plan accordingly to ensure obtaining of best prices.  Establishing good partnership with Local & Foreign suppliers. Ensuring arrival of purchased items at time, and to follow up and update management on late orders and deliveries. Continuing running cost saving programs and negotiations with suppliers for reducing costs of production. Manage all SFDA, MODON and government related tasks as per requirement of Company  Ensure proper stock control and FIFO rotation to ensure store space availability and avoidance of expiry within stores. Managing Business relationships with local similar companies in case of emergency material requirement so as to prevent production stop.
