My responsibilities include management of the parent company to establish and supervise the policies of subsidiaries, either directly or through delegation of authority. I am also charged to ensure that subsidiaries are not managed for cross purposes and should specify procedures and controls to avoid concentrations of risks on a consolidated basis. I am also responsible for the the Holding company to centralize the operations of the Group by appointing a Group Managing Directors and General Managers and by:Approving credit exposures over specified limits and by setting risk-based and absolute limits related to exposure to countries, industries and where applicable, market and foreign currency risk as well as exposure to risk concentrationsApproving all borrowings outside of the Group and all capital expenditure in excess of stipulated limitsApproving all standard policies related to the general conduct of business, personnel and investment strategy and the approval of all contractual arrangements with strategic partnersPlacing directors of the parent company, in particular the Group Managing Director, on boards in each of its subsidiariesDelegating its authority to the Group Managing Director where appropriate for the effective overall management of the Group at the CEO levelStipulating which central services must be provided (a) by the Holding company and (b) by other specified subsidiaries and which, if any, will be outsourced. Appointing a Group Executive Committee which meets regularly under the Group Managing Director and which is made up solely of the General Managers of major subsidiaries.

We are charged with the responsibility to support entrepreneurs as well as SMEs.The responsibilities of AYBC include:Fostering entrepreneurship spirit among youth and encouraging them for taking creative initiatives.Offering guidance to young businessmen to manage theirbusinesses on the scientific, technical and modern management basis.Motivating young businessmen to create jobs for themselves ratherthan to look for them. Promoting a culture of professional administrative work for the young businessmen.Exchange of experiences with similar Arab and international entities. Highlighting the experiences of successful Saudi entrepreneurs. Highlighting the promising investment sectors in the Kingdom. Enhancing the competitiveness of young businessmen's enterprises. Cooperation and coordination with relevant agencies and stakeholders to develop a healthy environment for projects.
