This GMC function helped our multinational operations to move talent to offices in different countries; for specific business critical international assignments.This role also involved extensive 3rd party management, building internal capability for SABIC, development of a newly assembled team and the maturation of associated governance & processes.

I was appointed to lead the transformation of SABIC's Learning Management System (LMS). This involved the digitalization of the previous system to an online system which was used to plan, execute, and assess specific learning processes. The content learning was also mapped against our core & functional competencies to ensure effective development planning for all employees. In addition the LMS helped to automate administration, documentation, tracking, and recording of global employee development.

In this role I supported the Business requirements for Talent Development and in specific Analyzed,, Designed, Developed, Implemented, and Evaluated the core curricula for all professional employees in the organization. The scope was to ensure the availability of these programs in +40 global sites and drive the SABIC Academy mandate as the center of corporate learning in the Company.

Staffing and Development for the Operational and CRM team. This included: Designing and Deploying HR performance management system; and fulfilling my duties as a Member of the Disaster Recovery Committee for business continuity - on people and talent.
