Worked with Director of Marketing and Public Relations and other staff to coordinate large scale donor-focused events and related activities undertaken by the Phoenix Rescue Mission. Work with partners and third-parties to design events to promote and raise funds for the Phoenix Rescue Mission. Launched and maintained Phoenix Rescue Mission’s Inaugural Community Breakfast. Lead and remained main point of contact for signature events. Lead event planning meetings. Maintained an ongoing Calendar of Events. Monitor events operating budget, process transactions and complete check requests. Assisted in securing donations for program events. Work effectively with committee members, volunteers, and other team members. Enhanced donor engagement activities with inspirational messages and related materials about Phoenix Rescue Mission. Coordinate donor tours and improved engagement of prospective donors and donor groups.

I had the opportunity to work with some of the nation’s leading brands in many of the best retailers, assisting in the growth of LMS client base by recruiting quality talent. My daily tasks included; implementing plan-o-grams, visual merchandising, demonstrating knowledge of clients’ products, and developing strong relationships with store personnel.
