Along with my PhD research work, I have managed various industrial projects - from formulation development to technology transfer studies – for companies like Lupin (USA), Abbott Healthcare ltd., Glenmark, Lubrizol, Saife VetMed and M/s Infovet. I also served as a mentor to four junior researchers and co-guide for one M.tech student. Being actively involved in research for the past five years, I believe that research is all about simplifying the complex, which comes only with the clarity and simplicity of thoughts. I believe that I will do justice to my noble profession if my products move from bench to bed-side, contributing to the betterment of human and animal health. In the pursuit of this, I am currently working at Kenvue as a part of the Leadership Development Program, gathering experience and learning of different aspects of R&D!
