I ensured a seamless experience for the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) students, faculty, and researchers within the UTA MyMav portal. I provided dedicated support by assisting users in navigating the portal's features and functionalities, facilitating efficient access to essential academic and administrative resources. Engaging in face-to-face interactions, I engaged with students and faculty directly, addressing their concerns and resolving any challenges they encountered while using the portal or accessing their accounts. Furthermore, I expanded my expertise into the realm of cloud services, contributing to the university's technology landscape. This involved managing and optimizing cloud-based solutions, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of services provided to the UTA community.

I was working as a Technical Lead and managing about 25 associates. I was working on creating a new Java-based application which was exact replica of their previous application which was developed on Dot Net.
