Working on research to investigate the transition of female students from primary to middle JICA constructed schools in interior Sindh to discover barriers and possible countermeasures.

– Design and develop course content and teaching materials.– Deliver engaging and informative lectures, using innovative and inclusive teaching methodologies.– Design and evaluate assignments and exams in a timely manner, offering valuable and constructive feedback.

– Assisted faculty with classroom instruction, records, and assignments. – Co-designed the course and assessments with the instructor, calculated grades, provided feedback on assignments, took attendance, monitored participation, and distributed course materials.

– Planned and conducted age-appropriate ECE learning activities. – Interacted with parents and maintained open communication. – Wrote and compiled individual assessments of each child's development; completed daily inventories, child attendance, and related reports.

– Conducted the questionnaire interview from target women in Sindh under the instruction of the Sindh Rural support Organization (SRSO). – Sorted the result of the questionnaire interview to the Excel format and provided back to Sindh Rural support Organization (SRSO).

– Attended orientation and training on civic education arranged by UNDP. – Planed coordinated and conducted civic education sessions/trainings within the local area educational institutes and communities. – Developed effective education materials for civic education and distributed in communities and schools.
