● Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities (job-posting, sorting, interview, offering letter, and prepare employee contract) for employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.● Perform compensation and benefit activities for employees in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations relating to human resources to ensure all employees rights are managed well to support the company’s operations.● Maintain employee data (attendance, employee data, WLK, organization chart, employee relation & communication, and employee engagement) into the HR database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.● Responsible to Payroll activities (salary, allowance, income tax and bonus, and salary range)● Develop and ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures (SOP)● Handling and calculate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu)● Support all legal document of company● Performing office general affairs (logistics, business travel, hotel, transportation, stationery, pantry supplies, asset maintenance and housekeeping) to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall project.

● Asist BPJS Patients to get treatment.● Complete patients data healthcare.● Planning, coordinating and implementing support packages to help clients and their families cope in difficult times and overcome dependencies.● Refer clients to community services to help them in recovery

● Break project into simpler task and set time goals.● Create and update workflows.● Create team work schedule for activities of science exploration.
