Also acted as Strategic advisor to global HR teams on sustainable business, people and purpose driven communications and employee engagement campaigns, reaching 170,000 employees across 100 countries. Key member of the Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion groups and delivered global campaigns across the business. Employee engagement levels were at 78%, its highest and ahead of external benchmark. Delivered with HR its biggest business competition ‘Future Leaders League’ which has engaged 3 million students worldwide and enhanced brand equity in a highly competitive environment.

Through the consumer facing programme we raised funds to build 30 playgrounds across Pakistan and helped rehabilitate 30 schools post floods in 2010 that impacted over 20 million Pakistanis. Surf image measurement (share of endorsement) shows an increase of 3 % in both Trust share and importance of environment.Managed disaster and emergency response. Worked with the global team and the 5 Global partners as well as local partners on flood relief and Lifebuoy hygiene awareness supporting over 30 000 families.
