• Shortlisting resumes of candidates, contacting candidates for interviews, fixing interviews with the HR manager, and with the required department manager.• Making statistics of all interviews held during each month by categorizing them into department and job title.• Making a survey of the reasons why the candidates were not selected and why they did not like to join the company and presenting the same to the HR manager.• Entering all employee details in the system, updating leaves, salary raise etc.• Preparing new employee details, appointment letters, performance appraisals, conformation letters, warning letters, termination letters, salary certificates, leave applications etc.• Coordinating with all the companies within the company group and finding out their employee requirements and solving the same.• Helping workers with their needs and solving their grievances.• Clearing and coding files of ex-employees.• Sending emails.• Assisting the HR manager.

• Determining the number of vacant positions in the company.• Finding out the roles, responsibility, job description etc of all employees • Getting the right person for the job.• Conducting interviews, appraisals, exit interview• Making a list of stock requirement and purchasing the same for all employees.• Filing all documents according to the ISO standards.• Preparing new employee details, appointment letters, performance appraisals, conformation letters, warning letters, termination letters, salary certificates, leave applications etc.• Dealing with employee attendance, leaves, payroll etc• Solving employee grievances.• Acting as a strong link between the employees and the management.• Conducting employee evaluation and appraisal at the end of every month
