Evaluate and process transfer credit for all students with official transcripts. Process student conferrals and order diplomas and certificates. Work with faculty and specific staff on entering of NSW, ADW, MT and final grades. Fix CS9 systems issues such as duplicate records, bad student ID’s, orphan student records and multiple actives. Organize and execute Grad Fest and other commencement related activities for all graduating students. Register, drop and withdraw students using correct date. Manage College Clerical Assistants in Registrars Offices.

Produce potential graduate reports for Tinley Park and Merrillville campuses for undergraduate and graduate students. Produce and analyze attendance, persistence and demographic reports for Campus President, Dean of Academic Affairs and Registrar.• Check students for honors/distinction• Confer students once degree requirements have been met• Oversee graduation booklet for ceremony working with Addison campus to make sure students' names, programs, recognitions, etc. is listed correctly in booklet• Supervisor of 1 full time employee and multiple student workers; created schedule of work for workers and coworkers• Process location and programs changes for students• Assist in registration processes for new and resuming students
