Fleet Coordinator
In my role at the CONMEBOL Copa América 2019 in Porto Alegre, I was responsible for operating fleet services in the city, addressing the unique needs that differed from the rest of the country. I planned efficient travel routes for the vehicles, ensuring optimal parking at official hotels, training centers, and the stadium. I maintained constant communication and collaboration with local authorities to ensure the safety of our clients.I managed transportation for a diverse group of clients, including athletes, referees, press, VIPs, and VVIPs, utilizing cars, vans, and buses according to their service levels. My responsibilities included overseeing a team of more than 100 personnel, including assistants, dispatchers, monitors, and drivers, while coordinating a fleet of 120 vehicles operating 24 hours a day.
Fleet Manager
My role at the Rio 2016™ – Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games started as a Fleet Operations Coordinator. During this period I was planning the transport logistics to the T1 & T2 service to a group of clients (International Olympic Committee, International Federations, National Olympic Committees, etc.) and coordinating the plan since the beginning, thinking on how to travel through the city, how many cars are needed, how to keep all of them cleaned, how many drivers and parking spaces along the city are required. I did the selection and interview for all workforce that was needed for the operation. More than 200 people were interviewed. Besides that, I planned the depot and monitored while it was being build. When the games were about to start I was promoted to Fleet Operations Manager. I was responsible for a team of 60 people, including Paid Staff, Olympic Servers and Volunteers. I was managing a fleet of 330 cars, with 360 drivers. I developed the training for all team and drivers, showing them how to use the GPS system, how to use Nissan cars, brazilian traffic laws, etc.During the operation, I was promoted to the role of Fleet System Manager, keeping the dual role until the end of the games. At this moment, I was responsible for all T1 & T2 dedicated system, keeping constant contact with the Transport Operations General Manager and the Managers and Crew of Windsor Hotels, where the depot was located.
Transport Operations Coordinator
I was planning and operating the transport – how to organize the cars, how to park it in the city, how to travel through the city developing more than one alternative routes to assure an efficient and high quality server for the VIP and VVIP clients such as presidents, governors, mayors, kings, ministers, FIFA Executive Committee, etc. I was working together with Protocol and Security functional areas and coordinating a team composed of about 18 volunteers, developing training for them.
Administrative Analyst
I started at Aragäna as an intern during college and I became an Administrative Analyst when I graduated. I was responsible for formation and control of the purchase and sales request, financial negotiations, invoices issue, quality control, transport logistics, giro analyses, markdown, inventory replacement and cash flow control. Besides that I was coordinating the e-commerce and supervising two flagship stores, along with the people management of about 16 paid staff.
