Valor's senior trainer and instructor Na'im Omar Willis, first open Valor Life & Safety academy in 2008. In 2006 Na'im started with Metrofire Safety Guard as fire safety trainer and onsite test prep Consulant and he was the primary trainer and managing consultant for the Alliance account. For the next the13 years, many Guards, engineers and Property Managers of the large real estate firm serviced by Alliance would receive on-site test prep and receive passing scores. Na'im also instructed for Thomas Shortman 32BJ Funds from 2009 until present. Courses (BLS/CPR, FLSD, 8 hour guard, Standpipe and more). Now moving away from subcontract and subconsultant work Valor life & Safety Security school has reopened with addition of the FLSD school with FDNY accreditation along with construction safety and OSHA training. With over 20 years of experience training, teaching course, managing staff and working during many city emergencies as a Fire Life Safety in NYC post 911. This is the experience that Valor wants to impart on the security and concierge staff of the future working in the tri-state area.
