We operates in the United Kingdom, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and Singapore.Our customer base is composed of Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Delicatessens, Retailers and prestigious Food Halls

Roles and responsibilities :• Collaborate to various ad hoc HR projects • Recruitment process from the ineption to the draw up of the contract• Define, lead & coordinate the sourcing & recruitment strategic plan, in order to attract and source the best talents for the company• Build partnership with the hiring & business unit managers to understand the requirements and offer the best recruitment strategy, to achieve staffing targets • Mobility and Impatriation management• Onboarding new members• Implement indicators, statistics and reporting• Handle the relationships with Schools/Universities, in order to find new partners• Organize special local events (plug & work, moovijob Tour, unicarreers…)• Participate in the employment branding (social media)• Selection and budget management of hunting companies and recruitment suppliers (headhunters, linkedin, jobs.lu, moovijob…)• Management and training recruiters

• Responsible of business development for new & existing clients in the IT sectors (Integrator, consulting firms, software publishers, end users...)• Analyze client’s needs and introduce their cultures and their values to the applicants• Conduct full recruiting process: direct search of professionals at different levels, HR interviews, recruitment database tracking,. • Drive the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations & negotiations, and closing of candidates• Provide a complete on-boarding service to new recruitments. This includes the handling of new hiring queries, pre-onboarding, onboarding, and follow-up• Create job descriptions, poste vacancies on job sites• Collaborate with universities, Business and Engineers schools• Organize corporate events • Manage a team of 4 recruiters & internships
