The Director of Strategic Partnerships coordinates membership and stakeholder convenings, is the event producer for annual Bay Area Capital Connections conference, grows strategic partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and technology and advanced manufacturing industries and supports the CEO on fundraising, sponsorship requests, and membership sales. The Director of Strategic Partnerships also leads the ACD team’s design and creation of the “capital navigation” support for entrepreneurs and acts as the central point of contact and facilitator for the ‘Financial Support Provider’ (FSP) Stakeholder Group and supports organizational operations, fundraising, systems assessment and design activities.

Manage the safety, well-being and supervision of full-time pre-professional ballet students and operations for the San Francisco Ballet School. This role serves as the liaison between the school administration, facilities staff and residential staff; develops a community-based curriculum for the school-year and summer programs that includes community engagement, social-emotional learning and professionalism.

Supported the Working Solutions Lending and Business Development teams with pre-underwriting assistance for clients through: examining business financials and support in loan packaging; personal financial empowerment coaching; and client-to-resource connection, with the goal of developing a stronger application and loan approval pipeline.

Managed all on-site/headquartered programs in LEGO® Robotics, Coding and Video Game Design, Stop Motion Animation; train, schedule, & supervise 20+ part-time teachers and teaching assistants; design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase digital and word-of-mouth visibility and increase on-site revenue; develop and plan for new technology program offerings; collaborate with the program manager team to offer continuous growth opportunities for teaching staff including professional development in technology, youth development, and behavior management.

Designed and implemented a financial literacy & leadership development curricula aligned with Common Core Standards in NYC public schools and NYC community-based organizations for low-income girls; Designed community resource manual specific to each partnering school/community based organization; Assisted in grant research and writing for continued program funding.

Completed a nine-month full-time, graduate-level leadership development program. The Coro Fellows Program combines experience, training and curriculum in public affairs. As a Fellow, I was assigned to six five-week rotations in placements across multiple city sectors: Government Placement (Health and Hospitals Corporation, Office of Special Projects) • Political Campaign Placement (Working Families Party) • Labor Union Placement (United Federation of Teachers, Political Action and Legislation) • Business Placement (Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Labor Relations • Non-Profit Placement (Center for Court Innovation, Youth Justice Programs) • Independent Placement (IBM Corporate Citizenship, P-TECH).

Responsible for the oversight of a non-profit enrichment program catering to low-income youth in Cambridge, MA, dedicated to decreasing summer learning loss. My directorial tasks included: senior and junior staff hiring, supervision and evaluation of all staff members; program marketing and participant recruitment; fundraising, budgeting and general finance oversight of our summer operating budget; overall program design and review of senior staff curriculum; maintaining existing and fostering new stakeholder relationships to ensure the continuation of the program.
