مشاور ایجاد و توسعه کسب‌وکار | خرده‌فروشی آجری، آنلاین و اومنی‌چنلنعیم ابراهیمیان بیش از بیست سال در سرتاسر زنجیره‌ی تامین، از ایده تا شلف فعالیت کارا و اثربخش داشته، که دوازده سال آن در گروه صنعتی گلرنگ، بزرگترین هلدینگ خصوص کشور رقم خورده است. او کار را از تولید در یک کارگاه در بازار و سپس برنامه‌‌ریزی تولید، فروش و توزیع کارخانه دالین مهر آغاز نمود. سپس با حضور در تاسیس و توسعه آرین پخش پیشرو سریع‌الرشدترین پخش ایران با ۲۴ شعبه در کمتر از هشت ماه و تجربه‌ای که بیش از این در شرکت طبیعت زنده (سینره) با طراحی و توسعه نرم‌افزار جامع ویزیت و کنترل نمایندگان علمی داشت، فروش و توزیع را عمیق‌تر فراگرفت و سپس با انتقال داوطلبانه از ستاد به مدیریت شعبه و بعد به مدیریت منطقه ظرايف فروش مویرگی را در خط مقدم علاوه بر طراحی و هم در پیاده‌سازی و اجرا تجربه نمود. انتقال به گلرنگ پخش موقعیت آزمون و بکارگیری دانش مارکتینگ او در یکی از بزرگترین پخش‌های کشور را به ارمغان آورد. سپس با انتقال به افق کوروش بزرگترین فروشگاه زنجیره‌ای ایران با بیش از سه هزار شعبه در ۴۰۰ شهر، تامین و زنجیره‌ی تامین، فرانچایز و مارکتینگ در بزرگترین خرده‌فروشی ایرانی را در عمل آموخت و بعد از آن با ماموریت ایجاد واحد بازرگانی مستقل در اکالا فروش اینترنتی و خرده‌فروشی آنلاین کالای مصرفی را فراگرفت و همزمان با پذیرفتن مسوولیت دیجیتال مارکتینگ این مجموعه تجربه خود را در نسل چهارم مارکتینگ کامل نمود و با بازگشت مجدد افق کوروش به عنوان معاون مارکتینگ این تجربه را در بزرگترین اندازه و ابعاد ممکن از سر گذرانید. او با تاسیس شرکتی با هدف تامین بدون کارخانه‌ی کالا مرحله‌ی دیگری را آغاز نمود اما مدیرعاملی در این ابعاد چیزی نبود که عطش سیری‌ناپذیر او برای یادگیری را ارضا نماید. او امروز با اتکا با تجربیاتی که شرح آن رفت به شرکت‌های بزرگ در داخل و خارج از ایران مشاوره‌ی ایجاد و توسعه خرده‌فروشی آجری، آنلاین و اومنی‌چنل، از تدوین مدل و برنامه‌ کسب‌وکار تا مشارکت در پیاده‌سازیش را ارایه می‌دهد.
