  • To perform time study and data collection which enable for analysis and provide input for Equipment’s Capacity & Utilization %, People Productivity, Part storage & Inventory Management, Cycle Time, Handling / Motion Method. • Support process review from NPI and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time. • Monitor assembly production output / cycle time/ labour rate utilization data in real-time using Power BI to enable timely decision-making. • Developed and implemented targeted process improvements, including workload balancing, workstation adjustments, and lean principles in assembly production. • Sustain layout AutoCAD master file by ensuring it is up to date, perform floor marking on-site according to the layout. • Coordinate on the new layout relocation, buyoff and monitoring activities in the line. • Validate and verify correct layout and process flow during the deployment activities • Support production line layouts, equipment and product storage / handling setup, manpower / capacity requirements planning. • Support in deploying Lean programs with continuous improvement in process and 5S at work environment to increase Productivity and maintain Safety. • To plan a 5 years 1A future layout for CNC machining and assembly production according to company’s Mid Term Plan. • Involve in new 1B plant setup and coordination for CNC machining area according to timeline given. • Trained engineers on efficient AutoCAD usage through command keys, enhancing productivity and introduced ‘Dynamic Blocks’ and ‘Block Attributes’ to improve the Industrial Engineering layout process.
