Consulted for two Taiwanese startup companies; AmazingTalker & FRNCi to develop and expand their operations in English speaking markets. This has involved marketing and strategic planning and implementation.

Successfully launched a robotics automation (RPA) project that eliminated several manual activities by drafting business cases, coordinating technical resources, and by collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersDeveloped a resource model which translates information from large data sets into talent and resource requirements. Now used department wide to correctly allocate capital to projects

Founded CartKick, a mobile self-checkout solution and analytical tool for retailers, with a fellow UW student in my 3rd year. We developed an Android-based prototype that scanned barcodes and queried databases for pricing information to be used by customers in grocery retail stores. We then pitched the completed product to several grocery retailers and secured a pilot with one of Canada’s largest retailers.

• Designed and implemented a new record & customer management system that leveraged available IT systems and automated over 50% of manual entries, which made reporting and collaboration more efficient and saved the product managers 60 hours each month • Developed and executed a change management strategy, which included training several employees, writing product documentation, and making an interactive tutorial video

• Managed sales at Ubiq, a VC-backed start-up which creates conference room technology• Planned and implemented an outbound sales strategy through cold call/email tactics which grew the company from 0 to over 100 international enterprise customers in one year• Pitched and sold company products to C-level executives of several F500 firms such as Walmart, HP, Ford, and Tesla and managed relationships to ensure recurring business
