CurrentHe serves as the CEO of the Institute, concurrently holding the role of Lead Project Manager, overseeing a dynamic array of four core programmes encompassing Human and Minority Rights, Public Accountability, Regional Reconciliation, and Countering Violent Extremism. His competencies include:- Strategic Leadership: Guiding the Institute's strategic direction and initiatives.- Project Management: Successfully orchestrating complex projects from inception to completion.-Team Leadership: Managing a team of 20 professionals for optimal performance.- Programme Development: Creating impactful programmes that address crucial issues.- Anti-Corruption Education: Leading efforts to educate, prevent and combat corruption.- Conflict Prevention: Implementing strategies to prevent conflicts through regional reconciliation.- Communication Campaigns: Designing and executing campaigns to counter violent extremism.- Stakeholder Engagement: Fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.- Report Generation: Producing comprehensive reports to track progress and outcomes.Under his leadership, the Institute has witnessed significant advancements, including the enhancement of skills and knowledge among minority groups, substantial improvements in public institution access, active youth engagement in regional reconciliation efforts, and the effective challenge of violent extremist ideologies.
