Naim Leo BEŠIRI is a Serbian national with over a decade of experience in the field of non-profit organisations, think-tanks, and intergovernmental organisations. He is a seasoned professional with a track record of success in managing projects, teams, and budgets in the context of EU related policies.Throughout his career, Naim Leo has held several key positions, including Executive Director at the Institute for European Affairs, Team Europe Serbia Member at the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, Consultant in Elections Monitoring and Integrity Plans at the Serbian Anti-Corruption Agency, Programme Officer and Head of the Office at the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies, and Senior Programme Assistant in the Democratization department at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Mission to Serbia.In these roles, Naim Leo has demonstrated expertise in areas such as human and minority rights, public accountability, regional reconciliation, countering violent extremism, EU policies, anti-corruption, access to public institutions, constitutional reform, judicial reform, and equal opportunities in Serbia and the Western Balkans Region. He is author and editor of several brochures on EU Affairs. For ten years he taught the introduction to the EU and NATO to students in Serbia and the Region.
